  • We will be launching a three part-e-mail blast to approximately 30,000 prospects between April and the end of June.
  • You will be supplied with special leave-behind collateral for your school teachers and administrators. See attached sample leave-behind piece.
  • mimio is getting the word out to regional and national press, both conventional and on-line about this program.

Terms and Conditions of mimio Stimulus Promotion:
Buy 3 mimio Interactive Systems, Get 1 mimio Pad Free

  • Official dates of the promotion are April 17, 2009 to June 30, 2009
  • Any orders placed between April 1 and April 16, 2009 that meet the promotion criteria will be “promotion protected” and eligible to receive the requisite free pads that their purchase qualified for.
  • There is no limit as to the number of B3G1 Pad Free Bundles a reseller and/or an end user can purchase.
  • Separate ship to’s from one purchase order or multiple ship to’s from multiple PO’s are eligible for participation in the promotion provided the minimum quantities for a free pad are met.
  • Purchase Orders must be for immediate shipment. Scheduled shipment releases from a purchase order will not be eligible for the promotion offer.
  • In order to qualify for the free mimio pad, the reseller must buy interactive’s in quantities of 3.
  • The B3G1 Pad Free Promotion bundle products can only be drop shipped to the end user. (no exceptions.)
  • No reseller or distributor stocking orders will be accepted for the B3G1 Pad Free Promotion Bundle.
  • The mimio interactive + capture (600-0050) will qualify as an eligible product in lieu of the mimio interactive (600-0045). You can combine the mimio interactive with the mimio interactive + capture to meet the minimum eligibility requirement (3 units).
  • Existing mimo stock at a reseller or distributor is ineligible to be “price protected” to the B3G1 Pad Free configuration.
  • Should a mimio Pad be defective, it will be replaced in kind. There will be no Return for Credit option.
  • Standard freight charges apply.
