Tim Larkin, co-owner of Learning Exchange, is a facilitator and owner of Business Solution Facilitators. Through BSF, Tim provides consulting services with the objective of helping organizations in today's competitive business environment find new and effective ways to meet their customers' needs for reliability, speed, cost, containment, value added services and relationships.

BSF's dynamic program focusing on the Organizational Productivity Loop Process (OPLP) identifies eleven strategic areas needing to blend together in order to create the right dynamics and generate a productive environment for individuals and a teem to succeed. BSF's OPLP program consists of eleven modules specifically designed to leverage the individual and collective dynamics of the team to build capacity and capability in order to increase its productivity and overall results insuring the right return on investment (ROI). The program will create a new form of KA$H currency - Knowledge, Attitude, Skills and Habits. The eleven areas addressed are broken into four groups:

• Build Knowledge
• Build Alignment
• Leverage
• Build Continuous Improvement
